Hiring A Restaurant Consultant Is Really Expensive:  This is a fallacy. A good restaurant consultant does not rely on a one-off charge to survive. Instead, it charges a retainer fee that allows him or her to work with you on a long-term agreement. Thus, while a reputable restaurant consultant will charge a reasonable sum to work with you, the main benefit is to see you grow so you can serve as a case study for feature clients.
