How To Deliver 7 Star Service At Your Restaurant?

Good food is great. Good food with top class service is just fantastic! It is important that you focus on your menu and develop exquisite dishes that will attract more customers. But remember that fancy food with horrible customer service is not something that anyone would come back for. That is precisely why that you should be paying attention to little things that would upgrade the quality of the customer service you provide. A restaurant is built on and thrives on its offering, environment, and service. While much attention is often given to the food and drinks served, and the location and design of the restaurant, service often takes a back seat in the planning process. So let’s catch up on a few things that you may have missed.

Exceed Expectations: A customer steps in your restaurant in expectation to satisfy a certain need. It is your duty to meet the requirement of the customer. Top class service is achieved when you go that extra mile and exceed the expectations of your customer. Your ultimate goal should be a happy customer who would always want to come back again and recommend your restaurant to many others.

Make Them Feel Special: Anyone and everyone likes to be treated specially. The customer should always feel welcome. A warm smile and genuine attention to each and every customer would make them feel at home in your restaurant. It’s the little things that manage to make that difference in the quality of service provided. Greetings your dinner as soon as walk through the door, addressing them respectfully using titles such as Sir, Ma’am, and Miss and be well versed with the menu are easy to do things that cost nothing but creates a lasting impact.

Etiquette Matters: The manner of serving and treating guests would slightly differ depending on whether your restaurant is a fast food joint or one of fine dining. Starting to serve as the lady first, serving and clearing away food from the diner’s left and pouring/refilling glasses from the right are basic etiquette that the staff should be well familiar with. Customer satisfaction is guaranteed when you don’t make them wait. The speed of delivery is important.  

Restaurant branding in Dubai features top class service as a priority. Always value the good and bad feedback your customer. Their smile is your victory!

We're worked with DB Hospitality on our second project now; particularly with restaurants I'm super satisfied with what results I'm getting from managing my team to overall operations.
